I'm not sure what I spend but it is a lot more then $75 a week. Now does this include non food items and pet food? I have a family of 5 with a ds 21, ds 12, and dd 11. I buy on sale and use coupons but I am not good at planning ahead. Can anyone give me some menu suggestions for dinners? How about some meatless dinners too? Thank you for any help you can give me.
