That's what started the conversation with him. When he received the forwarded email, he wrote:
This time I did exactly the same as I had done before and I didn't specify anything; I just agreed to what was in the ordering page; I didn't even have to put my Bank account number. This is an unexpected delay. But I hope it makes you feel better.
It went downhill from there. The eCheck cleared tonight, and it will be in the mail first thing tomorrow.
