Catherine you seem to have limited choices. Do not trade with people you do not trust. You can not force someone to meet their end of the trade. I'm not implying at all that Debbie is a bad trader. I have had many trades with her. All 100% fast and smooth. I do not use other sites so I do not know about issues between members on other sites. You have left negative feedback on that trade and that is about all you can do. It does no good to tell all of us who have had nothing but perfect trades with her. I raise my eye brows about the type trade you made. This is a good example of the issue I had with mailing non paypal trades the same day. Everyone jumped on me for holding my end. No one, in my opinion, should send out 40.00 worth of anything until payment has been received. Bad business. A gamble. A risk. If possible everyone should get a free personal paypal account. Receive paypal for coupons you have and send paypal for coupons you want. I am not going to let the 100% good trades I have had with Debbie and the 99.9% good trades with you affect my trading habits with either of you. (99.9% since I held my end one time) Your issues with other traders may or may not ever get resolved and I see no one that can force resolution. Just like Ebay. I have 12 negatives and over 1100 positives. At this point in the numbers another negative means nothing to me and does not harm me at all.
