It's actually closed from DesMoines to Davenport. The poor truckers are being rerouted an hour to the north to Waterloo and then over to Dubuque and then an hour back down to I80 at Davenport. |
I-80 is only actually closed on a small stretch in Cedar County where the river has washed up over the road.
