According to the rules the activation code is on a promotional certificate. What was the activation code on? The rules don't say that you are to receive a $10 gc. The rules say you are to receive a promotional certificate by visiting Outback on Father's Day or request one by mail. Once activated the coupon (promotional certificate) is redeemable through July 20th. If you did not receive a promotional certificate with an activation code that is used to activate the Outback coupon, I would email or call and complain. Otherwise, the rules aren't being followed by Outback.

I am taking the above info from the official rules. The title and rules do say that the instant win prize is a $100 GC. The $10 is supposed to be only a coupon to be used by July 20th.
