Actually, I love this area. Great people. June wasn't fun driving around tornados and hail storms, and floods in Iowa, but I do love driving though the farm lands and being in small towns. And, I now have officially broken the record for the most Holiday Inn reward points earned in 6 weeks : ) |
Yes the weather is always lovely in this part of the world. Actually, aside from the constant rain and flooding, this spring was pretty nice. But now, not so much. The A/C never stops running and the humidity and skeeters are out in force. I had over 75 mosquito bites after sitting out for an hour for fireworks on the 4th of July.
