If you are going to Europe just use your ATM card once you get there. You get a much better deal. the bank will charge you for using it, our charge was $3. ATM's are everywhere. You can always call your bank to make sure. I have been to Italy, Greece, Germany, France, Netherlands,and Austria and never had a problem with using an ATM once I got there! Most airports have ATMs and if they don't banks are easily located!
