I'm sorry you wasn't happy. I did email you right back as soon as I received an email from you. You have probably come up with the best solution to your problem. You are the first person I've had a problem with in the 9 years I've been here. I am terribly sorry your weren't happy, but as the saying goes you can please some of the people some of the time but you can't please all the people all the time.
