A lot has been printed about how much the war is costing us. The question I have is this: Do these figures include the money that would be spent on paying the troops anyway??? What I mean by this is this: If the troops are getting paid anyway, and there salary is being included in the total we are paying for the war, doesn't this misrepresent the actual figure??? We (as a nation) would be spending that amount anyway, right???
