I also think it could be that Casey met a new boyfriend, the boyfriend wants Casey but doesn't want to have to 'deal' with the child, so Casey did something to Caylee. This way Casey is free to live that 'single' life again. Pretty much the Susan Smith case all over (remember she drowned her two boys when she purposely rolled the car into a lake with them strapped into their carseats so that she could be with her 'new boyfriend'). I also can't wait to see what Casey bought on the spending spree. Will certainly tell a lot. I am also beginning to think that while the grandparents didn't do anything to harm Caylee, I think they 'know' and have known for a long time what has happened to the child. I saw the grandfather on t.v. tonight and he also acts like he's loopy. I doubt i'd be able to barely get out of bed to deal with this (and yes I know everyone deals with these things differently), but the entire family just acts like, oh well, if she comes back, great, if not, great, etc. The grandmother did also say today that she knew Casey was hanging out with a new group of friends over the past couple of months. It's quite obvious though that the grandmother is an enabler to her daughter (she could totally be my MIL and Casey eerily reminds me of my troubled SIL).
