I agree with the above posters...I wanted to add for me it's the gas prices. I filled up yesterday for $3.61 as opposed to $3.89 everywhere else in town!

We just bought a new mattress set for our bedroom there as well. Got a Queen set for $600 as opposed to $900 elsewhere.
