| Customer Service is Lacking at Best
I followed a link to this site while looking for a Jared Allen Vikings jersey. Pro Jersey Supply didn't have the jersey even though they had a picture of it linking to their site, but I was able to find another jersey that I liked as well. I ordered my jersey from this site primarily because of price. The jersey price was about $10 less than most other sites, and with free shipping, the price was even more reasonable.
I have no complaints about shipping time. My jersey arrived 6 days after I placed my order. The only complaint I have about the shipping is that the tracking number told me when it had left China, and there were no updates until the delivery notice. I don’t believe this is truly the fault of Pro Jersey Supply. But for free shipping, that arrives in less than a week, who really cares?
I was pleasantly surprised on initial inspection of the jersey. All of the numbers and patches were ironed in place, and then sewn on. Unfortunately, the NFL patch on the front of the jersey was in the wrong place, and crooked.
My problem with Pro Jersey Supply is only slightly due to the misplaced patch. My problem with Pro Jersey Supply is their lack of customer service, and unwillingness to make even the slightest effort to correct or even acknowledge their mistake.
Pro Jersey Supply has a two week return policy, but does not have an address where returns are to be sent. So I sent an e-mail inquiring where I could take, or send the jersey to have it repaired or replaced. They did not reply to this e-mail. I have yet been able to get any type of response from them.
It really is a shame. If the patch had been in place, I never would have known how poorly they treat their customers. I've since had patch moved to its proper place, and aligned. Now when people ask where I got my jersey, I won't just tell them that I got it online at Pro Jersey Supply. I'll be able to tell them where I got it, and why they should order from somewhere else. |
