I do check the cereal boxes, I eat Kashi products for cereal, and oatmeal. I also eat spinach often, and fruit. I try to eat some meat for protein. I am also taking Iron w/ferrous sulfate. 65 mg, twice a day! I appreciate some of the ideas mentioned.
