Has anyone seen these? I saw a ribbon storage box made from a clear plastic tote. It has dowels run across the inside and holes in the box for the ribbon to come through. I can't figure out how they held the dowels in place so that they were sturdy and could be removed to add your rolls of ribbon. TIA!
