I have to wait for weeks for my order being shiped to Russia. than, i after few weeks I got a letter telling that not everything was shiped and some things stay backorder. i wanted my money back - and still haven't received them!!! the order was done on the 3rd of June - and now it's 15th of August. Brilliant service! Bravo!
the package i have received had things that i haven't ordered but they were similar to what i have purchased (i got a dog bag instead of rabbit) - and that's only one example, defenetely i have more!!!!!
