They don't offer a refund but they did give me store credit, that doesnt expire for 50 years LOL
I only shop on overstock about once a year, I had to make sure my $4 credit wouldn't disappear after 30 days.
You can only get a price adjustment if the price goes down within 5 days of purchse.
