Ok, my winner sent me a replay saying he will NOT pay (he doent have the $669.11 that he bid plus shipping. Please read And dont bash me please... the last time I tried to get some help people did NOT read or understand and all I got was a bashing.
Now I have waited the 7 days etc,done all of this by EVERY RULE,and its just sitting because I dont know what to do anymore... I am really hating ebay!
I contacted ebay on this and was told too wait 7 days to file non pay and GET MY FEES BACK.
He then has 14 days to respond.
He has since said he will pay my ebay fees and the differance between the second chance and his.
Ebay got a copy of this as he sent it to them also.
Ebay replied that this is against th erules.
He has put in his account Payment sent! (I ONLY TAKE PAYPAL AND NO PAYPAL HAS BEEN SENT TO ME.)

ebay replied he cant do that BUT IS WILLING TO PAY.
BUT I cant accept the differance OR I will be breaking the rules!
He will not PAY IN FULL for the auction.
If I dont accept, I DONT get my fees back
If I do accept I dont get my fees back an dWILL be suspended on my account.
If I Agree to BOTH parties not completing the contract I DONT get my fees back
***Now when I say FEE'S**** what I mean is total ending value fees and auction listing fee's
Which both turn out to be a TON!
Any suggestions as it seems since ebay changed the rules *oh cant leave neg feedback fo rhim either!,
I am in a NO win situation... I will lose money in any way!
