My understanding is that since sellers can no longer leave negatives, that any non paying bidders will have any negs they leave removed. I don't know this personally but several on another board I am on said their non pay bidders negs were removed even when the non payer responded. It is how ebay is dealing with the increased numbers of NPBer's since their lousy feedback changes.
