I make muffins the easy way, 1 box of cake mix and 1 small can of pumpkin.
Mix, spread in muffin tins and bake.

My favorites are carrot cake, spice cake, and others along that line, things
that you would normally think of for breakfast. But this recipe works for all kinds
of cake mix.

The muffins are very moist, and nothing can be easier than this!
