The paperwork takes longer than the exam and every tech I've had has been extremely professional and courteous. Do not be surprised if they ask for a second screening. Calcium deposits frequently show and it's best to have things double checked. That happened to me on my first two mammograms and it was scary to be told they wanted additional images. Everything is fine, though.
