OP get it done please! Yes it is a bit uncomfortable but nothing compared to childbirth and the benefits greatly outweigh the minor pain you might have. I am generally healthy, and have no family history of it but it turned out I had lumps that I couldn't feel or see that showed up after I had a mammo..didn't know if they were cancerous or not til they were removed with surgery - thank goodness they were not.
