It really isn't anything personal--2nd hand conversations sometimes lose things in the re-telling. Yes, English to Spanish/Spanish to English is an issue--how do certain things being said here in the States translate in Spanish? And where is this woman getting her information? Local television/radio? Or does she have access to American Broadcasts? What bias is she being subjected to?
You're sadly mistaken if you think I give a damn about Palin's para/gravida status. She's not "the" woman that is best for this country--she has some good points, but overall I have extreme misgivings in regards to her alleged abuse of power, her lack of experience, and some of her philosophical beliefs. If she were a MAN--I'd feel the same way! If she were a Democrat--I'd feel the same way. If she were a LIBERAL--well, she wouldn't believe what she believes and the argument would be moot. Of course Liberals don't think she's the best one for the job---she is against everything that most liberals believe in. Is it truly that hard to understand????
I am overjoyed that women and other minorities have finally been able to be represented in such a "big" election. However, neither of them are my choice--thus I will be writing my choice in come November!
