I'm not impressed w/ Barack public speaking. His enthusiasm/passion doesn't quite reach his eyes. I don't think he's fully invested in what he's saying. He's never "inspired" me with anything I've heard him talk on.

And, I should've been clearer, I'm not impressed with how Obama speaks at all, but meant he seems intelligent to me, way more so than Bush. But, yes, Obama's speaking abilities lack passion, conviction---somethin'!! David Letterman or someone had an "uh" count the other night on a 20 or 30 sec. clip of one of his (Obama) speeches, there were a LOT of 'em! Everything in your post above, I agree 100% percent.
