What if you were running for office and people were calling you a closet Catholic because once when you were a kid you went to a Catholic mass with a friend? What if they never said it to your face but instead spread lies and mistruths about you behind your back, never giving you the chance to refute it? What if they used your middle name, say Mary, as proof that you must be a secret Catholic, because...well, everyone knows that Mary is only a Catholic name. What if while you were being interviewed you were perhaps a little tired from the travel, late nights and speeches you'd been making? Is it not even conceivable to you that someone under all that pressure could say the wrong word??? He absolutely DID hesitate...it didn't flow effortlessly as you're claiming. And if this were some huge hush-hush diabolical secret he were keeping, wouldn't he have been the one to realize that he'd revealed his deepest, darkest, most vulnerable secret to the entire world?

Y'know, there is absolutely zero evidence that Obama is a Muslim...but there are lots of people scared sh*tless of him who are more than willing to twist the truth and invent outright lies to smear his name in anyway possible. It's like in high school....how many too-pretty girls are labeled sluts by other, jealous girls who feel threatened? No proof, just lies and innuendo that she can't defend herself from because people want to believe it too much.

Perhaps people who believe this nonsense about Barack Obama need to do some soul searching and figure out why they're so incredibly threatened by him. I think the answer's as plain as the skin on his face.
