I can feel it too if I miss a few days, I start getting fatigued (more so than usual).
On my doctor's advice, I take.....
multi vitamin w/iron
iron supplement (anemic)
super B-complex (nerve damage)
I also take.....
calcium w/D
garlic
flaxseed oil (fish oil makes me burp fish all day, yuck!)
cinnamon
