I'll be honest. . .I didn't read the whole thread. Just the part where the OP said that he said he was going to leave his son the truck and stuff. I would still want to know what the the deceased's wishes really were. It's not so much about the money as it is about that making sure the father's wishes were carried out. How would you feel if after you were dead that your wishes weren't carried out and that your children felt slighted if that wasn't really your intentions? I'm just saying to speak to a lawyer and make sure that what is being said isn't just what the step-mom is saying. Does that make sense?
