You don't see it as making fun at all, because you are not a special ed teacher. Her unprofessionalism and her disdain of her students is loud and clear in her posting. She should be ashamed of herself and her students' parents would and should be horrified to discover just what kind of thoughtless, disdainful person is "teaching" their child. She is NOT showing "Jodi" empathy in any way. If I found one of my Special Ed colleagues behaving in this way, we would definitely be having a discusion with supervisors about this unacceptable behavior. Actually, this behavior makes me hope she is really not special ed teacher, because I feel sorry for her students if she really is.
