3 important updates

1. Elite membership

Those that are Elite members should already see an elite logo below the search box on the top(you will only see a logo if you are using the latest theme which is Crystalstar). We will be uploading the giftcards/tokens redemptions soon, progress bars towards requirements for Quarter 1, 2009 as well as sending a welcome email. We will try our best to make this Elite program a lot more rewarding then just getting extra cash back for shopping and ability to redeem tokens for gift cards.

2. Hotjobs clicks
Hotjobs clicks will be back in a few days. They always go down at end of month and come back.

3. Surveys

We did see that a lot of people were missing surveys so we contacted Greenfield today. It turns out that Greenfield changed the way they upload the surveys without telling us. Without getting technical let’s just say that we always use Microsoft Excel to upload the surveys, but they changed it to notepad without telling us. We did the adjustments for the instant creditor to work with notepad. The surveys are starting to come in now. You might already see the credits (make sure you look at SEPTEMBER in the offer history and not OCTOBER). If not yet do not worry they are slowly coming in. It might take a full day or two for surveys to fully catch up.

NOTE THAT OVERALL THERE WILL BE DELAYS WITH CREDITING FOR MOST OFFERS BECAUSE OF THIS. DO NOT PANIC. THEY WILL ALL COME IN
