I do have to say, as odd (to me) as this family is, I really like them. The kids seem really well adjusted. Mom and dad seem to love each other. I think if I met these people, even though I drink and smoke and swear, they'd go out of their way to try and like and welcome me regardless. That alone makes hem better people than I.
I do worry about Anna though. I can't imagine that her wedding night was anything short of a fiasco. Joshua, as endearing as he is, is obviously not experienced in matters of making a lady happy. With no points of reference on his side or hers, I'm not sure how it could improve. He doesn't know what to do and she has no idea what she likes so can't help him improve. |
I think they will be fine. So what if they are inexperienced on their wedding night? They can figure things out together which will make them stronger as a couple. At least they don't have to worry about whether they "performed" better than any previous partners! I bet their wedding night was awesome! Quick but awesome! lol They have youth on their side and plenty of time.
I agree that they would be nice to you if you even if they don't agree with your lifestyle. They seem really happy and they all seem well adjusted. That's what a firm foundation will give you.
