ANYONE who has the money to file a lawsuit can file a lawsuit. That does not give the lawsuit merit. Here is a lawsuit files claiming McCain is not eligible to be President because of his birthplace.....Do I find this credible? NO, but, as I said ANYONE can file a lawsuit-does not make the information credible.
