I really don't get the 'Chosen One' thing. Sure, I like, respect and admire Senator Obama. Can you not say the same for your candidate of choice? If not, perhaps you should vote third party. Is it the combination of widespread dislike of your current Republican president with widespread admiration for Barack Obama that irks you so much? Were Conservative Republicans not absolutely gaga over Bush back in the days when they still believed he wasn't an idiot and was just treated badly by the 'left wing liberal media'? Did they not think he was the man with the mandate who would whip this country into shape after that sinful Bill Clinton (y'know, the one with the surplus who maybe screwed an intern but left the rest of us alone)?

You just sound bitter when you use terms like that. Believe me, after the last eight years of what your party and your president have done to this country, I know bitter.
