Actually, NO, it is NOT a copy of his Birth Cerificate. It is a "Certification of Live Birth".
I am still trying to find out why his has different wording than my DD's, who was born in Hawaii.
The point of all of this, for me anyway, is that I am not just taking someone's word for something. No matter what the issue is. I like the facts, and don't want to be spoonfed something by someone else. To each their own.
