I have lived here all my life, I did not come from any other country. Honestly that was low rude comment to say, Are you or anyone else so so perfect in your speech or writing . What gives you the right to give passing judgement on my writing or the way I speak or talk. No one person here is 100 percent correct when they speak. I did not know this was a grammar or writing thread. I feel like with the post you just made I am back in first grade> Wait you never had a single trade with me , would you like a sample of my handwriting, because it is what i do for a living. MArilynk you just made me feel so low. I hope you happy calling me illerate??? Omg how this post or thread got out of hand... Catherine |
Yes, actually, your OP is difficult to read and understand.
I never claimed that I or anyone else was 100% correct every time. But, I can tell you one thing--I compose correspondence to physicians, attorneys and clients, all day, every day. It's my job! If I even sent a casual email to one of my attorneys (I have 6

) and it was as incoherent and illiterate as your postings, I'd be fired. And this is a CASUAL email asking if they got the file I sent to them. So, yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm better than you in composing posts, letters, and/or other correspondence.
Grasp of basic grammar and "handwriting" (or penmanship) is another.
Look lady, we are all judged by our posts on here. Your posts are rambling, run-on sentences, with little to no structure. It makes you appear illiterate or someone who doesn't have a grasp of the English language. If the fact that people may think your illiterate because of your postings here bothers you, then do something about it.
No, I don't feel happy saying someone is illiterate. But would you rather I lie to you?
