Thanks for that. And thank you for suggesting the honesty part. Why it may be obvious to us on here there are so many people who inadvertantly ruin something for everyone else by doing something unscrupulous. Honesty is always best. And in fact, I had been in the habit of only writing to companys or businesses if I had a problem. A few weeks ago I wrote to a fast food restaraunt about the excellent service I got and they told me in another email that the employee would be recognized for that. That is a nicer feeling then getting someone in trouble.

Although I have had to talk to the big manager at my Walgreens several times for bad service from ONE person. Sorry this is so long.
