That is an entirely different thing. This was done by Palin. This is in addition to the money they get from the earnings .This is extra taxes she enacted on the windfall profits of the oil companies. Thats why she keeps on saying I took on big oil. She taxed them extra for their windfall profits and redistributed it to the citizens. Nothing wrong with that but it is socialist.
