I've never given a baby shower before and "technically" I'm not giving this one--I just happen to be the one paying for everything and organizing it--LOL! A friend is giving it at her house for my future daughter-in-law. Yes, she's pregnant, and I'm not posting this to even talk about that issue...it's already a done deal. Anyway...this is her first child, and she's excited about the shower. They are major LSU nuts (even after the Florida and Georgia games!) so the invitations were baby tiger cubs and the colors are purple and gold-mostly poke-a-dots. I know I'm doing one game...I ordered rubber ducks in baby outfits and we're having a rubber duck race in the pool (everyone's duck will have a number on it, and the one that crosses the line first wins a prize), but I'm not sure if I want to do anything else. Let's see...mixed ages...my friends are from 30-60. Her friends who are coming are 20-28. I would love some ideas and suggestions. Thanks! Marilou
