I am not a big fan of games, I would just rather socialize and eat cake. It has been a while since I have been to a baby shower, but two games come to mind. In one game, they took real diapers, put in a pc. of candy bar(used an assortment) microwaved them so that the chocolate melted, obviously looking like poo, and we had to guess the candy bar by whatever means-taste, smell, etc. That was quite pleasant. In another game, they passed around jars of baby food veggies (without the labels) , and we had to guess what each one was by sight. The last suggestion I have, is to have a tray of baby stuff (booties, q tips, bottle, pacifier, etc.-about a dozen items. Give the guest each a pencil and paper. Let them all look at the items for a minute or two, then cover the tray w/ a cloth. Give them all two minutes to recall/write down all the items on the tray. The one who remembers the most wins. What I find to be annoying-don't flame--is at most baby showers, when you win a gift, it is expected that you give it to the mom-to-be. While I always give it away, sometimes I would like to keep my cute little gifty for me.
