If the mom-to-be is willing you can also play the "How big around is the mom to be" game. Take a roll of toilet paper and pass it around, telling everyone that they are to rip off the number of squares they think will fit around the mom-to-be. Once everyone has their tp, have the mom stand in the middle and wrap tp from the roll around her middle. The guest with the closest to the actual number wins.

I think a big part of how games go over is how they are presented. If you have a very happy, excted person doing the games then it seems that more people get into it than if you have a disinterested person doing them.
