I waited in line for 1 1/2 hours. Apparently the voting precinct lady in charge was either having a bad day or she was just a hag to start with. Wow is all I can say about her. I was put into the wrong line, given the wrong number, and given the wrong ballot, etc. I was on the receiving end of her rudeness, and I also witnessed her rudeness to several others--rudeness is putting it nicely on my part. She was a real pill which made the wait seem like forever. I'm thinking of calling and complaining about her but where to call?! No sense for that sort of nonsense, and I voted around noon, so she still had a very long day ahead of her. Geez. I mean, if you don't want to do the 'job' (isn't it volunteer with a small pay? I believe here in this small town it is anyway.) then don't sign up--it's one day (of course I know they have to go through numerous trainings to prepare for the day). I mean, if she can't handle dealing with the public....and everyone in line while I was there was polite and very well mannered, even no problem from any of the kids.
