The window had a $100 deductible and we still need to fix the molding they messed up. Expensive lesson.
And all the women in the Y said their stuff was visible and unlocked. Why me then??? CRAP! Oh well...I said I would be happy to get the stuff back. Just need to keep an eye out.

I am glad you got some things back. My Mom had her purse stolen by a crackhead a couple of years ago in a Safeway parking lot. You got off pretty easy compared to what happened to her.
I bet they WERE watching you. The bastards probably hang out in parking lots all day watching people. I have to leave my purse in the car when I am working going into people's homes and I worry about this a lot.
The truth is as long as we are not locking people up and it's not a priority to use money for law enforcement this will keep happening. People break the law there is no consequence why should they stop? Meanwhile us honest people suffer.
