To the poster asking about Xanax. Four a day seems like a lot. They totally knock me out and I would be sleeping all day. The doctor gave them to me originally for my gallbladder attacks. They would just calm me down and knock me right out in about 15 mins. I have since asked for them when I fly. . .that's about the only time I get really nervous. They're great for that and occasionally I take one when I can't sleep.
