No, that's not what I meant at all. What I mean is that there are things that we as the American public do not know about. They (meaning the government) can't tell us everything having to do with threats, attempts, etc. I think that is one thing that President Bush can be commended on is making sure that we as Americans have been kept safe by making good decisions when it comes to the threats of terrorist attacks.
