Poor Obama. He is getting the mess of a past president, just like most presidents before him have done. Their 4 years are generally spent working through the mess and the ideas of previous presidents. That is why when candidates say they will do this and that, I don't expect they will. I consider what they want to do as ideas, especially since it is not really up to them. They have to go through a whole mass of other people first before it even arrives to them to decide on.
