Ok, then with your reasoning, although Bush2 inherited a SURPLUS budget, his first 4 years were spent on other "messes" left by Clinton (Clinton, who, then, once again according to your theory, had to spend his first 4 years cleaning up Bush the first's "messes"); then the second 4 years' worth of messes Bush2 left for P.E. Obama were all of his own doing. So, let us see if you are as lenient with P.E. Obama for his first four year term because he has a HUGE lot of messes to clean up that were totally created in the Bush2 second term----since according, once again to your theory, he spent the first 4 years taking advantage of the SURPLUS "messes" left by the Clinton administration and still left office with trillions of $$$ of national debt and a very costly war that we will have trouble getting out of---not to mention a very very near financial collapse.
