I just became a vegetarian in April of this year so this will be my first Thanksgiving dinner. I just plan in eating the sides. My DS is one too but will eat the Turkey (he is not a strict Vegetarian where as I am). It does not bother me that my DH and other DS eat meat. I fix it for them and eat my own meatless food. I can also say that the Tofurkey is nasty.
