Yes you can join for free, and yes Shoptoearn charges a sign up fee but the difference is in the amount of cash you get back form yours and your referers shopping (the factors to decide is personal preference and how much online shopping you do). The difference in cash back is huge and that is the reason I joined ShopToEarn. As far as making money in the beginning; that is true for less organized and non product driven MLMs. STE does not sell juice or vitamins it uses online shopping as their product and the company makes money thru their partnerships with eco-friendly green stores to make a small profit and continue the longevity of the business.
