Chelmo, I have tried to contact tech support by using the link you have here and it bounces back as unknown user, I tried to send you a p.m by clicking on your name above where it says to pm you at and it just pulls up a pick of you. NOTHING WORKS and I am tired of posting on the help site and no one replying. WHAT GOOD IS A HELP DESK THAT NO ONE WILL HELP YOU AT????????????
