Um, no. If I were you, I wouldn't decide, on behalf of all of us, that we posters "don't like the fact that Rosie is outspoken..."
There is *plenty* to dislike about Rosie, and being "outspoken" doesn't factor in at all for me.
I do find Rosie to be obnoxious, cruel, self-centered, and overall unlikeable. And I was once a big fan - even while she was still "outspoken." (nice euphemism, though!
)
