I was the one who said it was after the CC but there was still a confirmation screen before final purchase. I was able to see it taken off and the total before I hit the final submit. This is the screen where it said employee discount 60%...I had no trouble at all so I'm not sure what happened. I was actually considering using it again. For anyone else I wouldn't hit a final submit button unless you see the employee discount msg. Hopefully CS will be able to fix this.
When you applied the code did it do or say anything?

Also for those of you looking for ideas..they have Fairest (by the author of Ella Enchanted) and it's read by a full cast. So each and every character is a new different voice. In my experience the kids like this type a lot better, and at 60% off it's a great deal.

Update: I got home today and the package was there. It's great. Very nice looking gift for the price. I am going to order more now if it lets me.
