Go and sit in the lobby of a local hospital or medical center. You'll probably see lots of people having a very hard time getting around. That may be motivation enough to get you moving again.
Just start small, walking a little bit or something and gradually build up to where you were. Even a little bit of exercise will probably make you feel so much better. I took the week of Thanksgiving off from my work-out routine and by the Monday after Thanksgiving I was feeling like I had been run over by a truck. An hour at the gym on Monday morning had me feeling much better again!
